Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless defective)
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards or digital products
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as per availability.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
- Googoos Kids Toys is not responsible for lost return shipments
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as returns.
Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged products. Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
